By plane: Warsaw is accessible by plane from all major European airports. Direct flights are available also from New York, Chicago, Toronto, Beijing and Dubai. Most of the major airlines operate from Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport, while low-cost carriers fly from Warsaw-Modlin Airport. Should you choose the latter option, please take into account that the Warsaw-Modlin Airport might be closed due to some technical problems. It is also not operational during fog.
By train: International trains to Warsaw operate from Berlin, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Basel, Paris, Nice, Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, Moscow, Kiev, Lviv,
and Minsk. The trains arrive in the very center of the city, within walking distance from most prestigious hotels.
By car: from the west (Berlin), Warsaw can be conveniently reached by A2 motorway. Should
you arrive from other directions, please expect delays due to high congestion and extensive roadworks. We do not recommend commuting by car in the Warsaw city center, because the workshop takes place in an area where private cars access is restricted.
